Choco-Banana Superfood Oatmeal
Superfoods for breakfast? Yes please. This chocolate banana oatmeal will keep you full and energized for a superfood-fueled, super productive day.
☑️ 1.5 cups oats
☑️ 2 cups of oat milk
☑️ 1 cup water
☑️ Dash of Pink Himalayan sea salt
☑️ Bring stirred mixture to a boil
☑️ Once mixture thickens, add 2 chopped bananas
☑️ Reduce heat to medium and cook for several minutes the rest of the liquid has thickened
☑️ Add 2 tbp of Cacao powder
☑️ Maple syrup to taste
☑️ Sprinkle chia seeds, flax, hemp seeds, and walnuts on top
This is SUPER EASY. One note, adjust cacao to your liking – I may have gone a little heavy on it here. Lmk if you have ?’s! ?
