
Now that Fall has arrived (well it’s still in the 80’s here in Phoenix, but oh well), I’m back on the oatmeal train. This, however, isn’t just any old, boring oatmeal, this is my recipe for a healthy APPLE PIE oatmeal. So, if you like protein packed and apple powered breakfasts, then this is for YOU.
